Alpha hydroxy acids work on the surface of the skin, loosening the bonds between dead cells so they shed more evenly. Used sensibly, they improve texture, brightness and the way products absorb. Used too often, they are the single most common cause of a damaged barrier.

How to use
Apply at night, one or two nights a week to begin. Do not use on the same night as a retinoid until your skin is fully tolerant of both. Sunscreen the following morning.
