Our Refund Policy is the single source of truth for returns and refunds. In summary: unopened products in original sealed packaging may be returned within 14 days of delivery; for hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare; damaged, faulty or incorrect orders should be reported within 7 days of delivery.
