How we assess evidence

A prospective double-blind, randomised split-face study in 40 healthy participants compared Multi-Action Cream containing red deer umbilical cord lining mesenchymal stem cell extract with its vehicle for three months. Both sides improved. Blinded investigator outcomes did not differ significantly between active and vehicle sides, although participants subjectively favoured the active side.

This is direct finished-product research, but its mixed outcomes do not demonstrate superior clinical efficacy or guarantee wrinkle reduction. Separate PTT-6 fibroblast experiments are preclinical mechanism research, not clinical confirmation in users.

Where do the product information and photographs come from?

We use official CALECIM Pro product photography and summarise the manufacturer’s product-specific guidance. Selected ingredients are not complete INCI lists. Current UK packaging, full labels and prices still need verification before launch.
