How we assess evidence

A systematic review and meta-analysis examined conditioned media used alongside resurfacing procedures. It included five randomised trials, but the procedures and conditioned media formulations varied. This is adjunctive procedure research, not a trial of CALECIM Professional Serum used on its own.

Laboratory work on PTT-6 reported changes in elastin and hyaluronic acid production in cultured fibroblasts. Cell-culture findings can suggest a mechanism, but they do not show that this serum improves recovery, reduces downtime or is suitable for injured skin.

Finished-product and UK label verification pending

Direct clinical evidence for the marketed six-vial serum, together with its complete current UK INCI, label and storage instructions, remains to be verified.

We use official CALECIM Pro product photography and summarise the manufacturer’s product-specific guidance. Selected ingredients are not complete INCI lists. Current UK packaging, full labels and prices still need verification before launch.
